RETURNS

Need to return or exchange something? No stress — we’ve got you.

If something’s not right, you can return your item within our returns period. All we ask is that items are returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, within the timeframe below from receiving your order:

UK – 30 days
International – 30 days

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return or exchange, please email:

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be returned within the stated timeframe

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges for the same product if your item does not fit, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The request must be made within the returns period

We also replace items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged on arrival

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Any items not in original condition
  • Any items returned outside of the returns window

SHIPPING RETURNS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service for all returns
  • PURE JUICE is not responsible for items lost in transit

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank

GIFT RETURNS

If your item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive store credit once the return is processed

If not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
